Proteomic Analysis
Ask for a quoteProteomic Analysis

Proteomics is the study of protein expression changes and turnover. Alongside genomics, it provides crucial insights into the biological mechanisms of an organism. Our services cover the entire process, from sample analysis to data processing and biological interpretation, as well as the setup of the entire experimental study, to support pharmaceutical, biochemical, and nutraceutical research.
1) Discovery Proteomic Analysis
Our proteomic analysis package is applicable to various matrices, including plasma, cells, and tissues, depending on the request, to enable a comprehensive characterization of the proteome in biological systems. Samples are extracted, digested, purified, and processed using analytical techniques based on ultra-high-performance nano-scale liquid chromatography (nano-UHPLC) coupled with high-resolution mass spectrometry. Both label-free (LFQ) and labeling-based (TMT) approaches are available.
Results: The report will include protein identification using MS/MS and CCS spectral libraries, as well as their semi-quantification in relative concentration. Additionally, differential statistical analysis (univariate and multivariate), enrichment analysis, and gene ontology analysis will be provided. Upon request, data interpretation can be included to support the preparation of extended reports or assistance in writing papers or grant applications. Based on preliminary results and sample quality assessment, clients will be advised on whether to proceed or pause the analytical process to improve data quality. A minimum of 3-5 replicates per condition is recommended.
